My unique background as a lifetime local resident, licensed attorney, education in business, and mediation training, create an extraordinary skill set that is ideal for representing your real estate interests!

Lifetime Local Resident

I am proud to be a life-time resident of Lane County, 5th generation Oregonian, and 3rd generation real estate broker. I especially appreciate the greenery and fresh air that we are lucky to have here in Oregon. When I’m not helping people with real estate, I enjoy learning new things, hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with my 15 year old son…when he lets me!

Licensed Attorney
I passed the Oregon State Bar in 2012 and my legal education and license have proven to be valuable resources in the world of real estate. As your real estate agent, I will provide you with exceptional representation to meet your real estate goals.

Double Duck!
I graduated from the University of Oregon Law School in 2012 and completed the Business Law program, Estate Planning program, and the Tax Law program. I am a double duck having also earned my BA in Political Science and a minor in Business from the University of Oregon.

I became a certified mediator in 2011 and have since spent some time volunteering with a local mediation clinic. Mediation and Real Estate are not so different. Two parties, with one mutual goal, but different interests to accommodate.

Accredited Luxury Home Specialist
I offer my services to buyers in all price ranges, and regardless of whether you are buying a $100,000 property or a $10,000,000 property, I am committed to providing all of my clients with excellent service. However, I am also an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS). This provides my clients within the Luxury Home Market, a specialized service and provides me with additional tools to expose luxury homes to a target audience looking within that market.

I have been helping people buy and sell their homes since 2007 and would love to help you find a little                                                    oasis in the sweet spot of Oregon to call your own!

Hi Todd,

I just want to thank you for everything you did selling my mom’s home (Betty Berny). You were so easy to deal with – professional, prompt, helpful, understanding. I cannot believe how smoothly the entire process went – from listing, to selling, to escrow. With my mom being 91-years-old, she felt so comfortable with your help and would have been entirely stressed out otherwise. Please add this note to your list of reviews. I cannot praise you enough and will recommend you and your company to anyone wishing to sell or buy a home.

Thank you again,

–Becky Walter

We had an Exceptional experience.  Todd has gone above & beyond what we expected , and we would not own a home if not for his efforts.  Being out of state, and so far away would usually make buying a home in our limited time span impossible.  With Todd not only was it possible it was efficient and painless.  The service was exceptional.  We would definitely recommend Todd to anyone buying a home in Eugene.

–Pendar Paul Madavi & Alison Kyra Carter

He (Todd) was always available to answer questions.  Everything was smooth and easy.  Thanks for everything I will be recommending you to others.

–Jenna Langar

Todd was very gracious and very thorough.  He was on top of his game when we didn’t know what to do.  Excellent worker. Thank you for all your help.  It was quite a life changing adventure , we couldn’t do on our own.

–Sharon and Dan Reeve

Todd was not pushy at all and was very helpful in providing us with lots of information. He was available whenever we needed him. We were very pleased with Todd as our realtor and we have recommended him to friends, family and colleagues.

–Paula Spriggs

We appreciated Todd’s positive, professional service. The right amount of communication and above-board negotiating skills; we were well represented.

Thank you for choosing Eugene’s Alternative Realtors®! Whether you are selling your home, a first-time buyer, or an experienced real estate investor, you are in the right place.

I’m that down-to-earth, Oregon chick, who knows all the local hot spots. As a lifelong resident of the Eugene area, I would love to share my knowledge of the region with you.

After a stint in the non-profit sector and an even longer stint as a paralegal, I made the jump to the wonderful world of real estate, bringing with me a wealth of experience and some serious negotiating skills. 13 years as a paralegal taught me that I am undoubtedly a people person. I love to hear your stories, help you solve problems, and achieve your goals. My aim is to make your home-buying experience the most efficient and rewarding it can be.

As the daughter of a carpenter and an interior decorator, I have a keen eye for home improvements that could benefit you whether you are looking to sell your home or purchase a home that may need some updating.

I am a mother to a delightful son and some truly beautiful fur-babies. Small/urban farming is my passion. I can give you all the reasons to raise your own backyard chickens and miniature dairy goats! In the summer when I am not tending to my critters or garden I can usually be found camping and exploring with my son or in a creek somewhere catching crawdads.

We have made Oregon our home our entire lives, and warmly welcome you to our northwest paradise.

I look forward to helping you with all of your real estate needs!

Marisa Fox is amazing. She guided my husband and I through our first home purchase every step of the way with, humor, caring, and sincerity. I always felt she was working hard for us. She answered questions, made suggestions, even gave us lists of vendors she had worked with on other sales when we weren’t sure who to call. Even on the last day when I had a case of the nerves, she was able to calm me down and make me laugh. Without Marisa we would not have been able to find our forever home. She is truly an asset to the company as well as to our community. We love you Marisa! Thank you so much for all you did for us.
— The Petersons

Marisa was very patient as we took our time looking and making the right choices for us.  Thank you again.
